Wondra flour really makes the difference by adding a smooth and velvety sauce.
If you don’t have pan dripping simply replace it with a fat such as butter or oil.

Pan Gravy Instructions
Pan Gravy Step 1: Using a sauté pan add the chicken drippings with the butter and melt the butter on medium high heat.
Chicken Pan Gravy Step 2: Whisk in the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes to cook out the flour.
Chicken Pan Gravy Step 3: Slowly whisk in the heated chicken stock.
Chicken Pan Gravy Step 4: Bring to a low boil and whisk until sauce has thickened. Season with salt & pepper.
