Uncle Leos Poundcake Instructions
Pound Cake Recipe Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.
Pound Cake Recipe Step 2: In a stand mixer cream together the butter and sugar.
Pound Cake Recipe Step 3: Add the vanilla and slowly add the eggs one at a time.
Pound Cake Recipe Step 4: Sift the dry ingredients onto a piece of parchment paper.
Pound Cake Recipe Step 5: With the mixer on a low setting slowly add the dry ingredients. Mix well until fully incorporated for about 3 minutes on medium speed.
Pound Cake Recipe Step 6: Pour into a 10” bundt or tube style greased baking pan.
Pound Cake Recipe Step 7: Bake for 1 hour.
