Dulce de Leche Cheesecake
Dulce de leche is a Spanish style thick caramel that is sweet and lately an American favorite!
Ribbons of this sweet confection are swirled into a creamy cheesecake making every bite amazing.
Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Instructions
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 2: Crush the graham crackers or vanilla wafers in a food processor.
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 3: Mix all of the crust ingredients together and press firmly into a 9” spring form pan and chill.
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 4: In a food processor pulse the cream cheese until smooth.
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 5: Add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla and mix together.
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 6: Pulse the eggs in one at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 7: Pour filling over the crust. Swirl in the dulce de leche and bake for 1 hour.
Dulce de Leche Cake Step 8: Chill for 4-5 hours, unmold and serve.
