Classic Cheesecake Instructions
Cheesecake Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cheesecake Step 2: Crush the graham crackers or vanilla wafers in a food processor.
Cheesecake Step 3: Mix all of the crust ingredients together and press firmly into a 9” spring form pan and chill.
Cheesecake Step 4: In a food processor pulse the cream cheese until smooth.
Cheesecake Step 5: Add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla and mix together.
Cheesecake Step 6: Pulse the eggs in one at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
Cheesecake Step 7: Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 1 hour.
Cheesecake Step 8: Chill for 4-5 hours, unmold and serve.
