Apricot Almond Granola Bars Instructions

Apricot Granola Bars Step 2: In a large mixing bowl toss the oats, almonds, puffed wheat, flax seed and apricots. Apricot Almond Granola Bars Steps
Apricot Granola Bars Step 3: In another medium bowl whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, agave syrup, honey and vanilla until fully incorporated.
Apricot Granola Bars Step 4: Mix the almond butter mixture with the oats until it is evenly mixed together.
Apricot Granola Bars Step 5: Press into a 9” X 13” baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Chill for at least one hour. Cut into bars and serve.

For individual servings use a 1-2 oz. scoop and press into mini muffin tins. Bake for 10 minutes.
