This is what happens when a Jewish deli and a Mexican restaurant collide... quesadilla’s have gone south of the border and taken bagels, lox & cream cheese with them!

This Mexican themed treat makes a great appetizer or brunch item.

Easily pre-made and then a flash in the oven will surely impress at your next brunch.

Smoked Salmon Quesadilla Instructions

Smoked Salmon Quesadilla Steps Salmon Quesadilla Step 1: In a small mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese, cream, dill, lemon juice & zest until smooth.
Season with salt & white pepper.
Salmon Quesadilla Step 2: To assemble spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each of the tortillas. Layer the salmon, onion and capers on one of the tortillas. Top with the other tortilla and griddle in a sauté pan with pan spray or oil until golden brown.
Salmon Quesadilla Step 3: Cut into pie pieces and serve with your favorite salsa or guacamole.
